I had mine welded in at a local muffler shop by a Mustang enthusiast for $20.00. Prices are gonna vary depending on what the local labor rates. Check around, you should be able to get a decent price like I did!

I had to pay 100 because I have the undercarriage protective coating on the car and it has to be removed from certain spots before any welding can be done.

make sure whomever does the welding has a drive on lift.
