head gaskets
head bolts
coolant
upper intake (i would try to get a bullit)
timing cover gaskets
valve cover gaskets
timing cover front seal
rtv silicone
oil, and filter (change it after the conversion because coolant gets into the oil pan with the front cover off)
intake manifold gaskets
time
patience

may have left something out.

if you opt for the bullit intake i think you need different manifold bolts, as well as a different airfilter to tb inlet tube. also you need a 01 cobra alternator, because that one is more narrow than the stock one, allowing clearance for the new intake. i think you also have to modify the coolant bypass tube running through the engine valley, but im not positive.

If PM me w/email address have decent parts list & fair instruction set.

The really good article (Boss Racing.net) is not posted anymore.
This might help: http://www.mustangexhaust.com/forums...-write-up.html

The swap (albeit a very expensive swap) transformed my car into something else.
