Default 514 stroker turn key crate engine

this is probally a stupid question but i dont know to much about cars and i was wondering if a 514 stroker turn key crate engine would even fit under the hood of a 1998 4.6l mustang....thx

i dont know but if I had a 4.6 I would stroke it to the 302stroker with twin turbo. My friend has that set up and has 480 hp untuned

I dunno, the mod motors are physically almost the size of a big block. Might be worth checking into if you don't mind getting gallons per mile instead of miles per gallon.

yes, a BBF will fit in our engine compartments (not that i know) ... you will need a cowl hood though

I have a 514 in a 1985 can be seen in the classifieds on this site. Car runs great.

haha, nowadays you'd be one in million having a car with a cowl hood that actually needs a cowl hood!

480hp on a stroked 4.6 twin turbo is terrible I was pushing 458hp on a 1.8L sorry but not worth the kind of money for only around 500hp
