Default will these exhaust parts fit on a 98gt?

i was wondering do all 99-04 exhaust parts for example longtubes, midpipes, and catback fit directly on to a 98gt? because it is the same exact set up isn't it? i have tried to fish around on some other website to gain this info but found nothing on the topic. the reason i am asking is because it is time to get ride of my ghetto straight pipe set up because the welds are falling apart lol i am looking to redue my whole exhuast system with long tubes. im finding alot of parts for the 99-up gts but not so much for mine used of coarse because i am a poor college student. but any suggestions would be helpful thanks

i believe that in 03 the exhaust flange is different. that may just be on the four valves. if you have a flat surface on the passenger side exhaust manifold and H pipe instead of the "ball and socket" connection, then you might be ok. safest bet would be to buy stuff for 96-98 cars. check .:. Brothers Performance Warehouse .:. they had a lot of stuff for your model car in the used parts stuff last time i checked.
