Default advice needed on P1000 code

i tried passing my car today at the smog shop, but it failed. the smog went ok, but the obd ll monitor test were not complete. i had just put hte stock tune bakc in it, like 15 minutes before i went in so i thought that maybe that was why. well i ran it throuhg some eecv drive cycles and put a little over 20miles on it and took it bakc and it still showed the p1000(even though no MIL was on). im not sure what the deal is, hopefully someone can help!

IF the check engine light is not coming on some codes are normal on tuned cars. It does not matter how many times u clear out the codes some will still shop up.

a P1000 is the code you get after clearing the kam, or replacing the battery when the pcm keep alive memory gets wiped out. there is nothing to worry about with that code, it will go away with more driving. the smog guy shouldnt have failed the car with only a P1000. as long as there was 5 out of 7 drivecycles complete.
