Default Need an estimate...

What's up guys

Thanks for all your help so far, the site just keeps getting better.

I need a cost estimate on a MAC H-pipe and a Flowmaster Catback system. I realize I can go to the MAC site and Flowmasters site, but I would like to get a true market value. What are you guys buying them for and where did you look?

Thanks guys in advance.

I paid $475 for an o/r h and 3 chamber flows through my local speed shop. I found them at Speedfreaks, which is about an hour south of where you are. It is in Cincinnati. I got the H-pipe for 175, but you can get it cheaper it you don't get the aluminized one. You can pick that up for about $120. lol

Default Thank you

Randy,

Thanks for the input. I went ahead and put the mac catback on back in April and I fell in love with my car all over again (Yeah I know guys, I said "mac catback" )

Anyway, I wish I had enough confidence or guts to put an offroad H-pipe on. Columbus and the outlying areas are really cracking down on speeders, noise pollution...etc. One suburb in particular that I have to go through is even shaking down the guys with darker window tint! All I need is for a cop to have a bad day, clock me doin 33 in a 25, bust me for window tint and then have him say....."can you show me the cats on your vehicle?" LOL

I'm goin with MACS hi flow 2 cat Pipe....my buddy recently took his pipe off because he was taking it in for service. I had only heard his vehicle with the h-pipe and the catback system, so when the stockie went back on I was like..."Dude, is your car even running?!" So I think it will sound almost if not just as well as say a prochamber.

Later guys,

Jason
