Richmonds whine pretty good from what I've heard. They are supposed to be very good, very strong gears, but noisy. If I'm not mistaken, they're the gear of choice for NASCAR. But of course, they can't hear the gears in those bad boys.

yeah i use motive gears.. they are known for a little bit of whine but if you get a good install like i did it will be very minimal. mine are actually really quiet
