The only Three I know of are 1 Ford racing products shorties 2 bbk shorties and 3 Mac full length headers. There may be others but these seem to be the most plentiful.

Dont worry about headers...stock headers are fine untill you get into the 275 hp and up range. This subject has been talked about a lot on here...if you look around you will see several postings for it. The stock headers on the 4.6 flow good enough till you really build up some horses...dont let anyone fool you...Ford did something right in that area.

I would not even bother with headers until you get an intake, and heads done for 2 reasons.
1. Why spend 300 bucks for headers, and another 400-600 on labor for only 5 hp. Yes that GT motor will net you roughly 5 hp with shorty headers.
2. You need that SOHC motor to breathe better before you work on expelling any gas's. for the same amount of money on those headers, you can get the PI heads, and see almost 270ish hp.
Just my .O2

Blind,

Just wanted to throw my opinion in on the o/r h-pipe. You will be able to smell some fumes coming from your car. Nothing too overpowering, but the absence of cats will cause you to notice a difference.

The trade off in a great sounding pipe combined with more hp...its worth it to me. Dont be fooled tho, it took me a few weeks to get used to the different smell.

Later,
Jason
