Default Engine swap question

My cousin has a 95gt (automatic) and wants to put in a 01-04 GT 4.6 engine in the car. I was wondering what all does he need to make the swap work for his car.

Thanks

thats not going to be an easy task...it would involve taking pretty much everything from the 4.6 and putting it in the 95, and that includes everything from tranny, harnesses, fuel system, computer, brake system (booster, m/c, prop valve, etc), driveshaft, exhaust, and i know im probably missing a few things. the guages would have to be either swapped out as well or re-calibrated. pretty much the only thing thats interchangable would be the rear end and the catback.
it takes a lot of work to go from pushrod to modular, but if he has the money and time to pull it off i would say go for it.

Don't get me wrong: I love modulars; but for the hassle would't it be easier to put a 351 crate or a stroker on that 95? the reason I ended up with a 96GT was because nobody wanted them and they were in better shape than 5.0's, but unless it was a cobra (03-04 supercharged) it's too much work, besides he gets a short block it's only swapping parts!
