thats not going to be an easy task...it would involve taking pretty much everything from the 4.6 and putting it in the 95, and that includes everything from
tranny, harnesses, fuel system, computer, brake system (booster, m/c, prop valve, etc), driveshaft, exhaust, and i know im probably missing a few things. the guages would have to be either swapped out as well or re-calibrated. pretty much the only thing thats interchangable would be the rear end and the catback.
it takes a lot of work to go from pushrod to modular, but if he has the money and time to pull it off i would say go for it.
