H-Pipe or X-Pipe?

I have a 1997 Mustang GT. Right now, all I have is 2-Chamber Flowmaster mufflers. I would like to either upgrade my exhaust to an H-Pipe or X-Pipe with cats on it. Which one would give me a better sound and which one will give me more HP? Thanks!

The x may give you a little more power. Sound is up to you.. go to mustangsounds.com and you can probably find a clip to compare.

I think the power difference is pretty minimal. BTW they sound a lot different in person than in sound clips, the X sounds VERY different if you hear one car with each when standing by it. I personally like the H's sounnd better but thats purely a matter of preference, seems most others like the X better.

I installed a BBK X pipe(with out cats) last year and love it. Sound more like a Winston Cup car than anything else.
