2004 Mustang GT upgrading to Cobra brakes

Default 2004 Mustang GT upgrading to Cobra brakes
I am going to upgrade my front brakes to the Cobra upgrade kit with 13" rotors.

Two questions:
1. Will they fit with my 18X9 FR500 wheels?
2. Is there anywhere less expensive than American Muscle? So far they seem to be the only ones I can find with them.

Yes, they will fit 18" wheels.
