 2002 gt mainfold leak
well i figured out what that annoying knocking/tapping sound under my hood is, my damn passenger side exhaust manifold is leaking. i had the hood open with the engine running and it dawned on me, i probably shouldnt smell exhaust fumes under the hood, so i gave the trottle a little tug and the noise is coming from somewhere in the manifold. i dont think its the gasket between the manifold and the midpipe b/c they changed that gasket when i got the x pipe put on. what else could be leaking down there? and how much is this going to cost to fix? should i do headers while i have all of this crap opened up? |
