You've tried NAPA, Shucks, AutoZone, etc. ? You should find it there. You can always get some online. Maybe go to the VHT website or eBay. You might have some luck there. I got mine at a place called "Joes" its like a sports authority and AutoZone put together.

Sometimes those cans expire and are no good ive also heard. a friend of mine bought a can on ebay and got it 4 weeks later from over seas and thats why his lights turned out like crap. We used these free tutorials. they have 2 of them depending on what kind of finish you want on your lights.
