Question Trick Flow idle issues

Finished installing Trick Flows Track Heat Kit on my 1990 "Bambi Killin" LX SSP. What a big difference that made.Runs like a raped ape, only thing is I'm having slight idle problems. We have checked TPS voltage, vacuum pressure idles good at 1000rpms with no accessories on,but when they are on it pulls the idle down to800rpms or so. Then it starts loping too much because of low idle and shuts off.Having cleared the computer by disconnecting the battery for 20 min.,we reset idle by uplugging the iac,let it idle for 2 min.with all acc. off, turn engine off for 2 min.,then restart engine let idle with all acc. on for 2min.then shut it off.Would not idle long enough with acc. on to set.Should I just set the idle at maybe 1200rpms or so with acc. off,so that when the acc. are on, it wont pull the idle too low?Any input will be apprecated. We also changed to a 255lph fuel pump,24lbs.injectors,adj.fpr,better motor mounts and adjustable contol arms.Pulls hard and straight, just have to figure this idle thing out. I am very happy with this project so far.Should have car back in body shop today.I am a happy camper!

You should check for intake leaks at the upper to lower gasket. The TFS intakes can sometimes not be 100% flat like they need to be, mine wasn't and when I put it on, one of the bolt ears broke off because it wasn't flat. When I had it welded back on, I had the guy plane the mounting surface and it needed quite a bit taken off to get flat. I would check that first, yours might not be flat too.

If that were the case, would it still hold vacuum, idle great @1000-1100rpms with out acc. on, or pull hard with out any misses or skips?I'm not trying to question your advise or anything, just asking.

I'm running Trick Flows Track Heat,I guess it would be the stage 2.After recapping in my mind how I set the idle, I remembered reconnecting the iac before I did the acc.on cycle, should have waited until after.I feel like an idiot, but its straightened out now,and Im tickled to death. Thanks for your help anyway.
