HI, is it a big difference on gain of power between bbk short headers vs bbk long headers

now i have a bbk short headers with stock pipe and exahust, but not cats,

and the reason i want long headers is because am getting a x pipe, that comes with the long headers for 170 bucks,
is this a good deal? both are used conditions.

so, u thing it will be a good difference on my et 1/4 times, my car is mid mod, with supercharger and now am runnig 13.5 so u thing i can get alittle gain with the long headers and the x pipe

You're getting BOTH the long tubes and matching x pipe for $170? That's a major STEAL, grab em while you can.
The power increase will be, considering you have a supercharger, around 15-20 hp over the shorty style. It might make your boost level go down but you'll still be making more power. And the power increase will be in the upper rpm range, from 3000 and up. They'll give good low end torque but it'll come alive in the higher revs.

In case you haven't heard this already... The Long Tubes are a pain to put in. But they ARE well worth it in my opinion. But congrats on the score, less than $200 for both of those! Your robbing him blind! Your pretty much just paying for the xpipe and getting free headers out of it. who would argue with that?

yes, i guess am lucky for getting this combo for $170, cuz i just get them i couple hours ago and they are on very good conditions, they looks a lot better than my shorties.

thanks guys, i will install them today and check for the new performance, compare to the stock exahust & mufflers.

let me just say, i dont know about the shorties but i have bbk long tubes with hooker mufflers and it sounds sick. i get compliments every where i go. i even had a cop give me the thumbs up
