Hey everyone beware...there are people trying to take advantage of us...I have a bunch of parts up for sale...i got conntacted by this guy via email...saying he wanted to buy them and was gonna have his shipping company come pick them up...now im only selling these parts for 200...now today i recieved a 3800 dollar check...then this dude wants me to go cash it and wire the rest of the money to the uk...because his shipping company is there.

Im not stupid this is a bogus check...and if i was to cash it and send the money via western union...it would bounce and i would loose 3800 dollars and there would be nothing i could do about it.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS!!!!

I know what your talking about, I have had this happen to me many times on craigslist i never fall for it. But beware guys cause your bank makes you pay it all back if you cash this check. They always ask for you name address social and some other crap. they send you a check worth mor ethen the item you cash it send them some money back so they get cash and what your selling and you get screwed!

Yup, I'm selling an engine kit for $1000 and I get $7500. It was 7 $1000 and 1 $500 WAL MART Moneygrams and the guy was in England. I played with the guy and found out these bogus money orders actually originated in Michigan so if this guy really was in England, he has someone in the US working with him.

it just amazes me the ******* people who come in to our country...and try to get away w/ these things...this is the second time this has happened to me on here....first check was a 2500 check for a 50 dollar purchase...now a 200 dollar purchase should up as a 3800 check

now i have to separte addresses for these people here in the us...i also know they have people working for them in the uk and africa...they have tried to get me to wire the money to both places...if you are a police officer and can do anything about this...please call me anytime at (317)213-6652....listed below are the copies of the emails sent back and forth...
