Default no power to PCM

i have recently swaped a 2.3 to a 5.0 . Have also read all the swap tech articles . i have one problem that none of the tech articles discuss . NO POWER TO PCM . Is there something i do not know about getting power to the pcm ? iI love my stang this is # 10 for me . Nobody works on my car but short of asking a pro wrench to step in and help me i am at the end of my rope with this one........
bout to go buy a bag of shop rags and some matches...

Did you use the correct wiring harness and PCM for the 5.0?

according to all the tech articles i should be golden bro...
i had a 91 coupe and i had a problem with it ( slung the rear end out on ohio 40 raceing a Lightning Truck) ..so i bought a 90 coupe and swaped it . so i had a running car when i started this gig . i think i have a problem with the 2.3 fuse box getting power over to the pcm ... im lost with it

If you had a 2.3l motor and swapped it for a 5.0l motor then you need to replace EVERYTHING. That includes a wiring harness, fuse box, pcm and ecu off of another 5.0l. Nothing from the 2.3 wiring harness is going to work with the 5.0l motor.

Changing a Fox Mustang from a Four Cylinder to a V-8 - 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords Magazine

check this article from 5.0 magazine it says you only have to change the front half of the fuse box side of the 2.3 . i appreciate your help .thanks alot bro.....

problem solved .... i have a 91 pcm harness in a 90 car will not work...1990 harness stands alone ...mates only to 1990 fuse system
.....1991 is the same deal ...92 -93 cross mate ... so anyhow i got a 90 mass air harness from a pal for 100 bukz..car is nasty thanks for your help...
