No more than about 7rwhp if the engine is essentially stock with only basic bolt-ons. With better heads you could gain more like 10-12rwhp.

You can get the explorer intake for half the cost and it has similar air flow characteristics as the cobra. Same lower intake, but the upper intake is a bit different. On a stock E7 headed car, I'd rather install 1.7rr's than a cam.
