please dont paint it flat black! i know a kid by me that has one like that, and it looks horrible. People look at when it goes by with a less than pleased look on their face. Go with the semi gloss

Do not paint it flat black. That's such a terrible look. Paint is supposed to be beautiful, not dull.

I used to have a guy with a flat black F---Bird and i don't know but I have a thing for flat black.
I've heard that it can actually be a little more involved to keep up with though, and you can't wax flat black otherwise it will eventually start to shine.
Paint it what you want. If you do it right it could look good, it could have that primered "sleeper" look maybe...

Haven't seen a whole car painted satin black, only things like the rear wing or a hood.

no man, trust me. there is this tool that comes down to the races sometimes with a flat black lx, and he is known as the guy with the ugly ass car. it will look way better with regular paint and a few coats of clear coat. turst me.

Hey check out mine and you'll see. It used to be green and I painted it gloss black with white racing stripes. I'm about to paint the stripes again to a satin black. Which you could do as well to have both the colors you want.
