I've been wondering the same thing. How about heads, injectors and such? Is it just the cam swap that SD people need to be concerned with? I have also seen talk of SD friendly cams but no real specifics.
ya speed density cars are just more sensitive to cams, there are a few speed density cams, no problems with heads and injectors, use the right cam and you will have no problems.

Improving the air flow, is no problem. This means heads, intake, exhaust, typical bolt ons. If you change the air pumping characteristics, then you'll have a car with an attitude. This means aggressive cams aren't speed density friendly.
