While Reggie and Eagle are right about it being normal for SPEC clutches it is not normal for a Stage 1. The Stage 1 is their only organic disc material. Their higher stages are kevlar or carbon kevlar material and those are the ones prone to chatter in the beginning.
Are you sure you didn't get any grease or anything on the disc when you installed it?
You might try the old school way of breaking it in and that is a high rpm dump the clutch launch. Be sure there are no police around.
It works and back in the day, that was the easiest, quickest way to accomplish breakin and stop the chattering.
