After going through everything and reading all this information I have decided that.. Not to talk anyone down but. The only people to post this 351w info havent really done the swap. I bought everything they said on the internet and ended up shipping stuff back and had everyone at ford racing laughing at me when I told them the ideas. Like the spacer. There isn't a way to make it fit on a stock balancer. The spacer is only used for the FRPP balancer not for a stock balancer. Also to run it without a/c you actually need the a/c elimantor, the power steering 351w swap bracket, and a power steering pump bracket off of a late 85-93 mustang. Just to run power steering it cost me about 200 extra dollars. Just to run all the serpentine starting out with nothing it probubly cost me about 500 bucks for all the bracket's, alternator(3g), and pulleys! I would like to talk to someone that started out with no 5.0 to take brackets off of and tell me what I am doing wrong.
I started out with a 86 v6 throttle body. I still need the duraspark, fuel regulator, and wiring to go! I have to guess on all that! Ya ya AGH ****
