i have a question im i able to install a b 303 cam with stock heads , valves and rockers the only mods are intake,plenum 70mm throttle,cold air kit,exhaust,maf,injectors,all edelbrock

Yeah you can use the b303 with the stock components. However, for the amount of work you're going to have to do, it would be worth getting some 1.7 roller rockers to compliment the cam.
