lol..alright now for the one thing that didn't work after it was all put back together....
Prior to taking it all apart all the headlights brake lights tach, etc ...everything worked. So then afterwards put the key in, turned it to the on position, and everything was good until

I went to turn turn the turn signal on, left, and than the right. And wouldnt you believe...nothing! No blinky blinky.
We doubled & tripled back and checked the blinker relay behind the glove box door and its hooked up, fuses check out good, and the turn signal switch appears to be alright, the high beams work, and wipers work. The four way flashers work fine also.
On another note, the passanger side window will not work now either. I took the good switch off the drivers side knowing it worked for the drivers side, swapped it to the passanger side plug in (on the drivers armrest) and nothing. Placed it over to the passager side (passanger side armrest) control and nothing. Put it back onto the drivers side and the window for the driver works fine.
Now finally thats it just those two things. I have a pic of two wires hanging down by the hood release....

While we were putting it together there is no apparent, or obvious place for these to plug into. As for the white one, on the dash out of my 93 GT we looked at it and that one is taped of snug to the wiring harness where as the one on the black LX is dangling freely. I don't think the white one has a function. As for the little black one, maybe.
So any ideas? I'm thinking whatever it is, both the turn signals, and the window are on the same hook up. Or it might just be 2 different issues. I think this problem might need a seperate thread so if I dont get any resolve, I'll do just that later on
