Default Whats your best educated guess on my HP/Torque/1/4 mile time

It is going to be longer then expected before I have all my new mods on even though I have 99% of them in the garage. And about 2 months before I get it dyno tuned. I'm anxious to know what I can expect from my improved mustang's performance. What is your best educated guess on my HP/Torque/ and 1/4 mile time?

1989 Mustang GT

I had 255hp 289torque from dyno test in 1999. All I had at that time was:
Flowmaster Catback
BBK CAI
Air Silencer Removed
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator
Aluminum Racing Radiator
Engine Oil Cooler
Electric Fan
Aluminum Racing Flywheel
Ram Clutch
Hi Flo Hoses
Accel Supercoil
9mm ford racing spark plug wires
Platinum Spark Plugs
Optima Battery
Upgraded Brakes

Now I'm adding:
Bassani X-Pipe with Cats
JBA Shorty Headers
Holley Systemax Upper and Lower Intake Manifold
E303 Cam
Accufab 70mm Throttle Body
C and L 76mm MAF system with Intake Tube
Venom 24lb Injectors
BBK 190 Fuel Pump
3.73 Gears Ford Racing
Engine Oil Cap Breather (really minor)
Sub Frame Connectors

What do you think I can expect from this set up?
My buddy has a stock 96 Corvette and I want to take him since he's always running his mouth. I think hes pushing 350hp

Sounds like some good items. I'm no expert by any means, but I'd guess around 300 or a little more HP and 335-345LB FT. of torque. The only missing link is heads ,you need some good aftermarket heads to get the most out of your cam and intake. I'd bet adding a set of heads will give you an additional 35-45 HP. I wouldn't have any worries about the slo-vette,with just the 3.73's and some aggressive driving you can take him now. But when you put the mods on you should be able to walk him with no problem.

Id say 275-300 rwhp. If that was rwhp on a stock motor then you werent on a Mustang dyno. Your car w/ stock motor and aod trans is only around 200 rwhp. An electric fan doesnt add 50 hp. So dont be suprised if your # dont go up much...

Heads are next. But I had to throttle back on the spending. I went crazy for about two weeks. I figure I'll wait awhile to get the heads.

AOD Transmission: not sure what that is exactly. I have a 5 speed, and again I could be wrong, but I thought my stock 5 liter GT was 225hp. The dyno wasn't a "mustang" specific dyno. Didn't know they had them. It was at a shop that specializes in racing. (all makes and models) Its a very pricey shop, but I trust their work. I figure you get what you pay for. I appreciate the honesty. You definetly know more then I do. Its a bummer to hear 275-300hp. I was hoping mid to high 3's. I guess that shows what I know about cars. When I finally get the Dyno Tune I'll post results. The shop used to be Speed Merchant and now its Goodies. Thanks for the input.

Is nitrous oxide safe on an engine with 175K miles? The engine doesn't run like 175k. It feels as strong as it did with 60K, but the fact remains, its 175k. And an engine rebuild isn't happening in the near future. I only drive my mustang about 20% of the time. I still want to own the corvettes, and vipers in the area. I want my 5.0 liter to be the baddest one in town. Is that too much to ask. My cousin just moved here from chicago and has a 457. (I think thats what its actually called) He loves that thing and hasn't even notioned he wants to race, but if it does come around, I want to destroy him. I can lose, and respectfully congradulate, but I still hate losing.

Yeah a t5 would be close to 225 rwhp. Sorry, I thought it said flexplate...
