Default 5.0 What's a decent exhaust for cheap?

I was thinking dynomax super turbo but I hear it's really wimpy and I am thinking about other ones. I don't want to spend much ($325 max) but am looking for something a little better sounding than this one. Talking about a whole cat-back kit. Any suggestions?

Either flowmaster catback or just flowmaster mufflers welded in(cheapest route)

I've had the Dynomax Super Turbo, it makes as much power as the Flowmaster, but it can be a little quiet when used with converters. Without, it sounds pretty good.
You can check the Dynomax Ultra Flow, it's better than the Super Turbo and made of stainless too. It's a straight through design like the Magnaflow.

Try Mac. I got their catback with the Flow Path mufflers, has a really nice sounds and is loud but not deafening and very little drone (I am running a pypes catted x). It took a little more effort than others with getting it to fit perfectly but nothing major. Shipped to your house from LMR for only $345

Take a look at Summit's dual exhaust system for mustang, $180.00 SUM-680793. You can cap it off with their polished stainless slant tip for around $25.00 a pipe total cost around $230.00.

hey nice suggestion, that is the best price around and shipping is only $11.00. Unfortunately I can't find a video of the sound... (if anyone comes across one, please post it) but do you think it would still sound pretty good with shorty headers and an o/r h pipe?

Do you have a part number or link for those tips? Thanks guys.

oh, and would there be any problem with me bolting it onto an h-pipe that might be 2.25 inches? I can't figure out the exact measurement of it without taking it all apart but I actually estimated it's 2.33 (weird I know). The outer diameter (calculated from circumference of 8" is 2.55. I don't know how thick the pipe is but it seems like it falls between 2.25 and 2.50... so could I bolt this (2.5) up to that H-pipe even if the H was 2.25? thanks

The aftermarket cat back that is 2.5 inches will work with the 2.25 h-pipe.

Go to SummitRacing.com click on street & strip then click Feature Vechicles, then click veiw-all, then click Feature 5.0 Revival. These mods are done on a 95GT but all will work just as well if not better on 89-93GT. They will have all the articles on this build plus the listed parts numbers from their catalog.

Go to youtube type in search, Summit turbo muffler there is 95 t-bird SC (super charged V-6) but the best is the 99 Durango (V-8) with the summit turbo muffler it sounds pretty awesome
