Trading my camaro for a mustang?

I have a 1988 v6 2.8 camaro 5 speed with a iroc z body kit its in gray primer and the interiors gutted but I have all the parts but there gonna need some work seats are torn and stuff i rebuilt the motor and it ran good but then I bought my first mustang a 1993 5.0 mustang the one in my avatar and well what can I say im hooked but ever since I got it Ive wanted another one to play with since my other ones more a daily driver I cant do anything to crazy to it well anyway I put the camaro on craigslist and got an offer to trade it for a 1991 notch its was a 4 cylinder but he put a 5.0 in it but it has no tranny the body looks really straight and I havent done anything to the camaro since i got my stang I just lost interest in it so I think Im gonna trade what do you guys think is it a good trade ? I know its gonna be alot of work but I think Im up for it and since its a notch I really want it .

I've owned Camaros and Mustangs. I had a true 86 IROC and the build quality of that car was not at the level of my 90 GT or my 89 notch. I'm not anti GM since I had a 68 RS Convert, 69 RS HT and an 81 Z-28 but the generation you have (82-92) is not as good as the pony car offerings from Ford those years. For one thing the 2.8 engine is perhaps GM's worst. Hot Rod magazine had a best and worst list some years back and the 2.8 was said to " practically have a rod hanging out the side of the block as it left the factory". I can testify that my dad's s-10 slung a rod at 60k. The aftermarket for the fox cars is tremendous and I still see foxes everywhere. I can't say the same for F bodies of that generation.
