How much is 94 Cobra worth?

Well today I took a drive up to see a Beautiful 5.0 Cobra, the car was in pretty good condition. I test drove the car and felt pretty stong on the down end but still no real Big difference on the top end between my 4.6 and the Cobra. Since I really don't know much about the 5.0 Cobra, I was wondering about how much HP is there in the 94 Cobra's? Plus is there much more potential in it then the DOHC Cobra?

Oh yeah, the car had about 83,000 miles and wouldn't go any lower then $9,500, is the price worth it?

A 94 Cobra has 240 hp.

I am getting mine this week for 12k. I think it was worth it because it was pristine. See my gallery for pictures.

Also there is one extra thing to consider. Insurance cost on a 94-95 Cobra is much less (At least for mine with USAA) than with the 96+ Cobra. They go by stock hp I guess.
