Freakin A!
You just can't beat the looks of the tubular intake. And you got it for a mear $350! Some people pay that much for a Cobra intake. I paid around $550 after shipping for mine... But it was well worth it.

Does your intake have a spacer on it? It looks like its taller than mine.

You shouldn't need bigger injectors though. But you'll love that intake. I noticed a nice improvement in the lower to mid RPMs with my swap. Plus I get a lot of "ooo's" and "awww's" when I open the hood and show them my tubes.

You guys are funny.

I love my new intake... Anybody want to buy a stock upper and lower painted real good with black and silver highlights??

Thanks for keeping this thread interesting and funny...

More updates to come at the end of this week/beginning of next week.

OHH and Feen, it does not have a spacer, but it is pretty short. Clears the valve covers by a half inch...

Yeah, the only fitment issue I had was that the intake was hitting one of the injectors on the drivers side. But a little bit of finness fixed that problem...

Hitting one injector? I think I know where your coming from cause I kinda wondered if that was going to be a problem... No biggie though.

Yeah, I always hear Reggie talking about loosing weight in the car. So I just took that injector out and figured it'd save me a couple of pounds.

Nah, I just had to turn the injector until it was out of the way is all...

Hey guys, just a quick curiosity question here...

With my motor being all brand new except the rods and crank, what should my maximum RPM be? I probably won't ever turn it over 5500 or so even, but I was just curious as to what I would be safe with. I will have roller rockers, TFS valve springs, hardened pushrods, TFS cam, Summit Racing hyperuthectic pistons, strip/street rings, heads are totally rebuilt, got the GT40 tube intake, stuff like that. Any ideas?
