I know there is a few out there, Walbro, BBK, etc. Just wanted to know if there was really any difference from one to the other and what brand I should get.

when my gauge reads empty, I'll fill it and only put 11 gallons in to fill it. I think I need a new float or something. Where would I get one of those?

Sorry, I retract my previous statement. Stock rails with the 24's will work. Sorry for the confusion. The standard line is good to about 300 horse. When you start getting into the 400 horse range then you will need the 7/16. But yes, the 5/16 or 3/8 line, whichever you have, will be great for now.
I believe the fuel line upgrades regard to the power you are making at the crank. I'm not sure on that. I haven't heard a lot of people upgrade their fuel lines but they are making 320 horse or around that mark. Just keep an eye on the air/fuel mix and make sure it's not going to run lean. The upgrades you mentioned, you should be fine with the factory lines. If you decide to go forced induction or nitrous injection, then yes I would look into the fuel system a little deeper.
