So my suspension could use some work. Its always in the back of my head. She sits uneven and it bothers me to walk up to it in a parking lot. I look at it like "OMG my car looks crooked"
Well this guy comes in to work and asks me "hey did you put switches on your car?"
He was refering if I installed "Hydros" or "Air Bags"
I was like "oh lord how embarrasing"
He thought that I didnt level it out perfectly when I parked it. I wish I had a shell, I would have crawled right into it and hid.

Lol... I'm done laughing now. That would have made me jump into high gear to get it resolved also.
My '88 GT always sat really level. I swapped the rear shocks this past year and it now suffers from the same issue. I'm not sure what caused it but I want to fix it as well. I was looking into adjustable rear lower control arms from Maximum Motorsports to level it back out. The front on mine is good to go. The rear is the issue. Here's the link.
hmm, maybe a set of fuzzy dice would be cheaper...hey I'm from East LA !!

I know mine has a slight lean to the drivers side because when I wash the car water will lay on the spoiler in a little pool on the driver side. I guess it is from the fact that the driver side spring is the side that always has the extra weight of a person and over the years there is an effect.

Are the springs in there straight? When I had mine done they had to adjust the one on the drivers side because it was too low and it fixed the issue. Something about the spring sits has to be in a certain position?

I had the lean, when I bought the '88 in '96. In 2000, I replaced the shocks, struts and installed BBK sport lowering springs. Still had the lean. In 2003, I replaced the original upper and lower control arms with non-adjustable Hotchkiss set. When I got under the car to start removing the old arms, I found the rear bushing partly broken and missing on the drivers side.
After installing the new set, no more lean!!
I cannot say that this is the fix, as others in this thread are correct - it can also be shocks or springs.
