i got the motor in and running

got the new motor in last week. i've been starting it every day,,lol , even ran out of gas already. i cant drive it until i get it smogged

. but one of my cat's has a slice in it, from scraping speed bumps, need to weld it back. but now with the moroso solid mounts it doesnt scrape. i snuk it around the block

Missouri doesn't have smog testing...at least I have never seen it done anyway...your invited here! If you like all four seasons in one week Missouri is the place for you!

Nebraska is the same way. No vehicle inspections, no smog testing, lots of open roadway. O.k., so the scenery is not too exciting in some parts, but it does have its perks!

there are alot of areas in cali with no smog too,, politics is all. more money for bigger cities. you go to a small county, no smog. can you explain ?
