Hello, this would be my first post here, so i guess a short intro is in order. If you would prefer, skip to the next paragraph to see the problem =p OK, My name's Jimmy, im from Milwaukee, I just bought an 88 Mustang LX 5.0, Black, 5spd, with some minor engine mods, 4.1 gears, an aftermarket stereo, some body effects, and 17x0 cobra r wheels.

This is the problem. While the rear wheels fit fine and work/look very nice, the front ones are too big. Currently the car has stock 15" wheels in front and the Cobra wheels in back. I am wondering how I can get the 17x10 Cobra wheels to fit in the front also, they just barely scrape right now. I know a guy who works at a body shop and i was planning on talking to him about shaving the wheel wells, unless there is a better solution. Thanks.

They won't fit well. It is recommeded to get 17x9" max in the front. In my opinion, it is too much work to get them to fit iin the front. Even with a 17x9, a good size tire will fit up there!
