Hello again! Just bought a 1993 Mustang GT 5-Speed

Whats up guys!!! Haven't been on this site for a loooong time... anyways, I kinda got out of the whole car thing for awhile as I have come to obtain many different hobbies which eat up my money. But I'm really excited to get back into cars because I just purchased another 5.0! I still have the '87 (read sig below for mods, etc.) but unfortunatly the tranny went out on me on the freeway about two weeks ago... so I bought a '93 GT 5-Speed. I always wanted a manual but since I got the '87 for near nothing, I settled for the auto. So now my plan is to swap everything I have on my '87 onto the '93 over this summer. The paint on the '93 is pretty good for the orginal paint job (its dark blue with grey ground effects) but the clear is pealing off so I also plan on sanding it down and re-clearing it. I'll try to post some pics this weekend when I first start to work on it and through out the summer as I swap everything over. I do have a question for you 5-speed guys though... What shifter do you think I should get? I've been looking at the Steeda Tri-Ax but want to know what your guys' opinions are... Anyway It's good to be back guys!

ok, so I worked on my car for a little bit on Sunday... I was able to swap over the headlights, tail lights, cold air intake, pro-M MAF, 70mm throttle body, MSD blaster coil, radiator cap and oil cap (its the little things that count

). So then on the drive back home from my dads house the hood pops up! Luckily the safety latch cought it and kept it from flying off. Unfortunetly I couldn't get the damn hood latch to work so it was flappin on the rest of the drive home. So on Monday i decided to put some hood pins on. I would've liked to have gotten the nice FRPP hood pins but i didnt have time to wait for them in the mail so i settled for some crappy ones from pep boys... they really dont look too bad. Anyway I'll post some pics as soon as my dad e-mails me them. It's coming along pretty good so far

. I just can't wait to swap the rear axle with the 3.73's!!!!
