Hey, I've fixed plenty of these motors, most of the time just by changing the plastic bushings inside the gear (not the whole gear). I would recommending just pulling the motors out one by one, it's really not that hard, and should only take you a couple minutes. When you get the motor out, you should be able to test it outside the door. Just plug it in and push the window button. You should be able to get an idea of what the motor's doing at that point. You can take out the gear, and see if the motor is actually spinning. I can almost guarantee you that you won't see the plastic bushings. They have probably turned to tiny pieces of unrecognizable plastic by now. Just pick up those bushings from Advance or another auto parts store in the 'help section. They are about 8 bucks for a pack of three, and are labeled (incorrectly because they have nothing to do with the regulator) window regulator bushings. Just put the bushings in and put it back together. I can almost guarantee that this will fix at least one or two of your motors.
