Those are boxed frame connectors, they'll be plenty strong for you.

I wanted to get something that i could install for the time being because I called the local mustang shop and they wanted 600dollars to weld in (full length). I noticed that these could be bolt in and once i find a welder, then i could do that. Are the steeda the same way? what do you been by boxed in?

boxed in, means wrapped all the way around the existing frame sections, and well, any kinda connectors for the sub frames really take out a lot of flex in the car along with the strut tower brace but i reccommend steeda products too and they are willing to flex their prices if u call them and ask them to just as a heads up steeda really does make quality products for mustangs
