IMO If your not going w/ huge hp then just get a early 70's 351. I dont think you will be dissapointed.

yea I though about that too...I know when you have big power you need a suspension, drive line, tires, and body strong enough to handle it...again I'm not going for 600 horses and I know I wont reach it...I was looking at about 435-450 just want to build a rock solid bottom end.
