Default How do I read the timing marks on a 302 harmonic balancer?

I am building a 8.5 to 1 compression 306 for a vortech v1 with a 10 pound pulley. I know stock time on a 302 is 10 degrees with the spout connector out, and that you retard the time 1 degree for every 2 pounds of boost. so I know my time should be at 5 degrees. The balancer is confusing me from looking at it where it says atc and btc where do i need to mark the balancer for 5 degrees? I see it goes to 10 btc and to i belive 30 atc . If you guys could help out id greatly appriceate it.
