That's fine if that is what u wanna think but its what I have to do...and its what I will do.. all I wanna know is if I should get the afr 185 heads and if I will need to get any other parts for the install

You can slap those heads on and it will run but like a dog since you have other restrictions. Then with the heads it will be nice to get some roller rockers. Then when you buy the intake you will need to get a 70 TB and a bigger MAF. After or during that process you need to address the fuel system as you will need to upgrade that to satisfy the thirst. After that you will have to expel the gasses so LT headers, mid pipe and mufflers are in order. The list goes on and on....

I know I will have to upgrade the car as a whole before I will see significant improvments I have ford motorsport headers cold air and ud pullies new exaust is comming next week, and my step dad mentioned something about the rocker arms ... its just reading the other threads I was reading something about the pistons and afr 185heads not working with stock ones...why I was askin if anyone here was running the 185s

Well with those heads more than likely the valves will hit the pistons and especially when you change the cam. Alot goes into getting the right heads, cam and pistons to all work together.
