i don't forsee an issue since the tires and rims mounted will not be that tall, but i don't know about lowered. You can always go out and measure your car and see if it will fit

Not to highjack, but I checked nittos website because I want 03/04 Cobra style rims and the approved rim shows 7.5 (8.0) 9.0
Does this mean the 17x9 Terminator rims will fit the 245/45/17s with no issue because the max width says 9.0 inches?

Thats supposed to be the best fitted size for that wheel.
You shouldn't have any problems with fitment as long as you didn't lower more than an inch. and I stress the
shouldn't , I I don't know for sure. Measure it out

Those should fit, and I don't think it should be bothered by the 1 inch lowering.
