Default what is the connector coming out of 1986 f150 distributor

i put a 86 f150 302 in my car and dont have spark im wondering what the electrical connector coming out of the distributor is and what it does if it needs to be hooked up to get spark heres a diagram i dont have the msd box thats in the diagram just look at the wires coming out of the dizzy

Default 1986 Mustang 5.0 distributor question

ok i got a 86 f150 truck motor in my 94 no spark i figured out why but heres my question the wiring harness coming out of the distrubutor can i wire it any other way the whats in this diagram because i dont have a hei module im broke and want to start it today please help me heres the diagram

save yourself time and money and get the right distributor, you don't need to buy a new one, check junk yards. but in my opinion you might end up having more problems than what its worth, when trying to reconfigure your wiring. or maybe you can trade the one you got for the one you need.

That's the equivalent of the Mustang spout. You would disconnect that like you take out the spout when setting the timing.
