Default 1992 mustang spark plug help

so while still trying to track down my cars bogging issues I checked spark plugs the electrode was pretty worn and they had alot of black on them not oily so I'm inclined to think its from running rich. Would this cause a bogging issue?

check your ect opperation, if your ect is not properly working the comp, will think the temp is quite cold and enrichen the mixture, hope this helps allittle
