hey guys what do think about the 3 chamber flowmasters.....also..1.7 roller rockers on a stock engine,are they worth the money ?...

as far as the 3 chambers go, they are not as loud as the 2 chambers, (it depends on your preference on the loudness) the 1.7's are good, will give you .030 more lift, and cant tell the difference, jus by listening to it running. i believe they are good for 10 to 15 hp. depending on other mods u have...

The 3 chambers are fine, they have the Flowmaster sound when you get on it but overall they're more mellow. They do help produce a small amount of additional torque over the 2 chambers.
The 1.7 rockers would be fine, they're a good alternative to more valve lift without the work of a full cam swap.

thanks guys....i have 3 chambers on my car,dumped...and theyre rather calm,if there doing the job i wont change them just for sound.....and ill get some 1.7s.....

I had 3 Chambers Cat Back and the car was not much different than Stock, so I yanked them and sold them and went with 2 Chambers Cat Back.

I had GT40's and didn't know they were on the car, had 1.72 rockers and that thing was Torquey!!!!!!

If you can get some GT40's...throw the 1.72's and you're set!

Also the mufflers will be more for just the sound since the hp difference will be minimal.
