Default 351W Bell Housing Question

I purchased a 351W engine and now I want to install it on my engine test stand and fire it up. It came without a flywheel, so I did a little research and bought a sachs 164 tooth 28oz flywheel. The only bell housings I have are early Fox 3 speed manual and T-5. They don't fit over the larger 164 flywheel.

I need some help with sourcing a compatible bell housing. A used one would be best because I have not decided whether I will go automatic or manual yet. If I go manual it would be a top loader 4 speed likely.

Any ideas for what I need and where to get one?

Thanks
