Default upper and lower 5.0 HO intake

is it possible to take my stock 87 upper and lower intake from my mustang and put it on my 92 ford f150? if so how hard is it and do u think it would be worth the trouble?

CAI fender well mount, Basani 2 1/2 x pipe, mac 2 1/2 catback exhaust. jet 180 thermostat, 3.55s, moroso racing wires. Short throw shifter. Tublar upper and lower control arms with polyurethane bushings. KYB rear shocks and axle dampners.

IMO not worth it those are some restrictive mugs!

do u think i could gain 15hp or so? or hell no? i would put headers on it and what not, it just seems like the piece of crap sitting on top of the block now doesn't flow good. but what do i know.

what he said! especially the lower intake. very restrictive. not worth it at all

really, wow, i thought the mustang intake would be better. So how bout if i got an explorer intake? u know the one everybody puts on thats almost exactly the same as a cobra.
