I just bought a 1990 lx hatchback and i was looking at body kits but i cant find any. So my question to anyone that wants to help is, could i put a gt body kit on my lx? I mean i dont see why you couldnt..same style as mine same years. And if i can then what will i need to make it fit?

#1 question why ruin a perfectly good LX with a heavy @$$ GT body kit.......

#2 it can be done you will need everything from the GT including the body moldings.....

I like the looks of the gt way better, and also i want it about 3 inches off the ground..and with that body kit i can achieve that and it would look mint

I love GTs as much as any other guy, But please for the love of god don't kill an LX.

Just buy a GT.

there was a company in the late 80's early 90's that made killer looking subtle body kits that were a cross between the saleen style and factory. i can't remember the name for the life of me but it was something simple like dinan(yeah i know thats a bmw co. but you get the idea) those would be the ones to find.

Id go with the saleen kit it looks better than the GT. Im with the rest! WHY? its not worth the time and weight.
