waste of money! Im sure if you could save 28% on fuel all cars would have one from the factory...

The add says "Save up 28%" not "Save 28%" so, I believe it's real, although don't expect MPG gain's anywhere near "28%" and with that small of a horse power boost, and the fact it was only tested on tuner cars with low-horse power out puts, i'd say it's not really meant for high-powered performance applications.
These things have been proven to not work. The cfm's your intake draws in is about twice what that thing can push, which would then choke your intake of air. these=crap.

I just invented a new fuel injection system that uses Mentos and Diet Coke. I will sell it to the first caller with a bid that has two commas in it. Call 1-555-CHEATME.
Yes, I did use two Turbonator Tornados in the design. One is reversed so they cancel each other out, thus doubling their output boost coeficient.

If it looks right, it is right, and I decide if it looks right. Paraphrasing Sir Sydney Camm (of Hawker aircraft IIRC)
Right after buy it you should also order the high speed bumper bolts & Kanibling pins.....
Don't forget the Performance Muffler Bearings!
Those things are the biggest scams.
Your intake system works off a "vacuum". That "fan" can only blow as much air as goes into it. A fan has to be driven by something in order to FORCE air behind it. That's why superchargers are belt driven, turbo's are driven by exhaust gasses, and the fan in your house is electric.
Plus putting a "fan" into your air inlet will only make the air behind it turbulant which is WORSE than straight flowing air.
Try blowing into a fan... The same amount of air will come out of the fan and at the same velocity but the blades will cause turbulance. That's what that "supercharger" will do for your car.
