Wouldn't that be the Oil Filter?????

Crank case is basically the oil pan. Filter for the oil pan = oil filter... Right???

No its a different! I know on ford trucks its in the air box. If the plug up it will cause blow by. On one of the parts sites they show one for my car, but I can't find where it would be located.

you can use a filter as a breather but no we do not have em

I think hes talking about the breather filter on for the PCV system and yes every car has one

Not to hyjack the thread or anything but I noticed that you have BBK full length headers 302 Feen how do you like them? I'm thinking about purchasing BBK shorties and an off road X for my 5.0L. I also have a flowmaster cat back system I picked up for $200 brand new

Are you talking about the after market type that is a filter that plugs into your valve cover? Well stock I think it gets recirculated back into the intake.

the crankcase filter, or a.k.a PCV valve and filter, is located at the rear of the lower intake the PCV valve fits on top of a breather element that sit further down the hole the PCV valve sits in if this becomes clogged yes you will have poor crankcase ventilation, over time can lead to leaking gaskets.
