If you mean the trim ring that hold the light itself in, then it is removed by removing the four screws around the edge of each one. There are two on top of the bezel and two on the bottom. Be careful not to accidentally turn the headlight aiming screws, as the look just like the retaining screws.

i dont think it comes off i i believe it is one solid bumper if your talking about the little trim around the hole for the head lights

plus your better off just tapeing it off and painting it because i have never seen an aftermarket one if you can take it off wich meens if it does and you mess it up its going to be a pain to get another one
