That's odd they should have the o2 bungs right at the collector like the ones pictured(only on the inside these are AOD headers). There isn't really an o2 delete kit best you could do is a) just unplug them at the harness(not really recommended) or b) get the bungs welded on by a muffler shop you will also need the o2 wire extensions.

If there's no O2 sensor bungs, they weren't intended for the EFI Mustang.
You need the O2 sensors, the engine needs them to properly control the air/fuel mixture. Without them, the car won't run right so there is no delete kit for them like you can get for the EGR.

Get some bungs welded in, then some O2 harness extenders.

You should have an 02 harness already there. One side is longer, that will go to the Driver side. The 12v and ground wires split somewhere in the middle of the harness. Use a volt meter and find the power wire. Once you find the power wire, use that wire to find the ground wire. The O2 sensor itself should have 2 white wire and a grey or black wire. It doesnt matter how you hook the power or ground up. The 02's dont have a polarity issue. Just make sure the Power and Ground go to the white wires. The other wire will go to the Signal wire. Which will be the only wire left over to hook up.

Thank you for the response do you know anything about the ACT sensor that is supposed to be drilled and tapped into to Explorer Intake? My car has the heads and intake from an Explorer and the ACT sensor was never hooked up can I just relocate it to the intake tube between the TB and the MAF? I want to hook all these sensors up at once then change the spark plugs cause needless to say my car is running a little rough. Thanks for any replies

Yes you can relocate the ACT in the air duct.
